After two days spent at a farm with his kindy class, our boy is back. We celebrated the momentous occasion with two of Oli's favourite things: Star Wars cards and chips. Admittedly, the past two days have been substantially easier with just the one kidlet. But the house was too quiet. Yet, kind of relaxing... No, too quiet. It's Oh So Quiet. It was ridiculous just how much we missed that crazy boy. (Despite the fact that after glancing at my tummy today he asked me if I'd 'put' a new baby in there. Thanks little dude.) Oddly enough, we've never seen Elke happier. Nor louder! And were we sorely missed? Apparently not. There was too much fun to be had playing with the animals, making bread, visiting the farm museum, eating Nutella for breakfast, going on a treasure hunt, singing songs around a campfire (yes, really) and exploring the forest at night time to give us another thought. And to top it off, apparently the farmer looked just like Pa.
Welcome back Ola. The biggest star in our Universe. We missed you like sleep.

PS Is it really July tomorrow? Um, where exactly did the first half of this year go? Not to mention the last 19 months... x

These photos are precious, it must be the most heart warming thing to see such love between your kids. Can't wait for that stage! Oli's kindy camp sounds like so much fun - in fact it's completely inspired my breakfast!
xx
You have a smashing space here! So glad I popped by on a George is (def) the best Beatle whim.
The looks on their faces in that second photo! Kellie xx
Oh I remember going to farm camp! It's so much fun! I really hope you are enjoying the summer... lots of icecream and sunshine! There is a fantastic homemade icecream booth at Wiener Platz near Max Weber Platz - so delicious, I miss it every summer! Also a great playground near the river nearby x
They are so cute together those kiddos of yours. And who wouldn't miss Oli and that squidgable face of his.
2011 is going insanely quick. Soon we'll be on holiday, then it'll be autumn, the Christmas then...BABY TIME!!! xx

Heya Em. Blogger won't let me leave any comments on your blog. What's up with that?! This is what I wanted to say:
Pottering around at home is the best way to spend a Sunday. Those cushions are bloody amazing.
