A day in the life of (the not so) cranky Frankie.

We're off to Bavaria's biggest flea market on Saturday. It's an annual event held during the Spring Festival on the same grounds as Oktoberfest. It is HUGE. People start arriving from 5am, armed with torches to get first dibs on the goods. We're not that motivated but we have booked a babysitter to arrive in the morning. It only took us two years to realise that children and fleamarkets (the kind where you could easy lose four hours of your life) do not mix.

Happy Weekending!

Apologies for the bombardment of Elke photos but it's been a long time between drinks.

While I'm sitting here putting this post together, David is in Frankfurt chatting to the blokes from Boy & Bear. We only discovered them when we we're in Sydney over Christmas but it was love at first listen.

I love Elke's bike shirt! And I'm sooo jealous about the flea market! How did I miss that one while in Munich? I only ever went to the one out at Olympia park and it wasn't anything that a sitter would have been worth for. :)

Hey, expect an email from me soon too! I'll send you more details about our trip to see if we can't meet up!

They've been on high rotation in this house lately. Love your Bobo Elke and your green cords. That flea market sounds like heaven! I discovered yesterday that babies and warehouse sales don't mix, Gus pulled a ladies hair, twice! Happy treasure hunting! xx

Child free treasure hunting sounds like a dream. I think i'd take that over a candlelit dinner every time!

This makes the time between now and being a mother infinite! Can't wait, and I hope my future kiddos are as adorable as yours.
