Ah little Elke. Only 17 months old and already you're showing defiance in the wardrobe department. Since taking the above photos 1 week ago, you no longer want your feet adorned with anything except sandals. Tricky in a country like Germany where it's non-sandal weather for, um, 8 months of the year. Luckily Summer is on our doorstep. And on the cooler days? Just as well those lovely Germans are bandits for the socks and sandals combo.
