After weeks of anticipation and excitement, Oli missed his kindy Halloween party today. Strep throat apparently. He cried and cried all morning. And then vomited. Thankfully the antibiotics have kicked in and he`s pretty much back to his old, tip-top self. He`s now planning a father-son trick or treating session on Sunday to compensate. David is not so enthused.
The search is finally over. Hooray. I`ve managed to track down a pair of Camper Woodie boots and soon I´ll be holding them in my hot, little hands. They`re nothing if not practical for a winter in Munich...

Breaking news: After weeks of pushing furniture around the house, Elke took her first steps today. Real ones. There she stood, smiling like a cheshire cat. There`s no stopping her now.

I can't wait to see the boots and thanks for the Office advice. I couldn't find black brogues but the new floral daps for spring in the sale certainly compensated. They're displayed proudly on my blog now! xx
